Be Kind To Our Products
We make all of our items with so much love and care, so its essential you take care of them once they have left our workshop. If our advise is not followed unfortunately this will invalidate our guarantee.
A Must...
None of our products should be exposed to prolonged heat such as: radiators, stoves or open fires. This can cause distortion in our timber products, such as movement between boards, cupping and twisting.
Of course wood is a natural product and so you will see some natural amounts of movement, this is seen as typical and expected. These will not covered by our guarantee.
Cleaning
You can keep your timber products clean by using a damp or dry lint free cloth. No harsh chemicals but some natural beeswax every few weeks will keep your item looking fresh and new.
