What we cover

We have full confidence in everything we make and all the materials we use that we offer a 3 month guarantee on all our smaller furniture items. This includes: console tables, radiator covers, coat racks, individual shelves and home décor items. This does not cover anything we see as natural movement or imperfections,  misuse, neglect, accidental or wilful damage. This does not cover any bespoke, made to measure items. Larger furniture items come with a 30 day guarantee and subject to inspection. Again, this does not cover any misuse, neglect, accidental or wilful damage.   This does not cover any bespoke, made to measure items. 

A Must...

None of our products should be exposed to prolonged heat such as: radiators, stoves or open fires. This can cause distortion in our timber products, such as movement between boards, cupping and twisting.

Wood is a natural product and so will have natural amounts of movement seen to be typical. These will not covered by our guarantee.

Returns in 3 easy steps:

Although we're confident in all of our products, we understand that sometimes things can change, so if you wish to return a product you have 30 days to do so. Within this time you must have contacted us prior to the return and you are required to cover the returns postage. Bespoke items are non-refundable.

Step 1: Contact usPlease ensure you contact us prior to your return and we'll give you any information you need to complete your return with as much ease as possible.  

Step 2: Re-package your items. Please ensure that all items are packaged well to make sure you wont be charged any repair fees, these fees are listed too but not exclusive to the below -

  • Chips to powder coating on metal components - 10% charge of the item total
  • Small dints or scratches to wood - 15% charge of the item total
  • Large dints, scratches or other - 25% charge of the item total
  • unsalvageable item - 100% charge.

Step 3: Book in and send your parcel. We advice using a parcel comparison website such as Parcel2go.
